Folioquill is a weekly market review: a quantitative analysis of the state of financial markets (composite score, market regime, volatility, macro context) delivered as a PDF report by email every Monday, with access to the report archive. The service is provided by the operator identified at the bottom of this site ("we").
Folioquill is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute financial advice, a personalised recommendation, portfolio management or an investment solicitation pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 58/1998 (TUF) and MiFID II. The report describes market states; it does not tell you what to buy or sell, and it contains no promise or projection of returns. Any investment decision is exclusively yours; if in doubt, consult an authorised financial advisor.
The paid subscription is billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. It renews automatically each month until cancelled. Any promotional price shown at checkout (e.g. a founder price) remains locked for as long as the subscription stays active. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no penalty.
As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from subscribing. By subscribing you request immediate access to the service (a digital service supplied without a physical medium). To withdraw within 14 days, contact us at contact@folioquill.app: you will be refunded, net of the value of what has already been supplied.
The free email list is voluntary and can be left at any time via the unsubscribe link included in every message.
Only subscribers whose email address is verified against our database can publish a review. We may remove reviews that are offensive, off-topic, misleading or unlawful.
Reports and site content are for the subscriber's personal use. Redistribution, resale or publication of the reports, in whole or in substantial part, is not permitted without our written consent.
The service is provided "as is". We use official and reputable data sources, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors, delays or interruptions, including those caused by third-party providers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for investment decisions taken on the basis of the reports or for any resulting losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability in cases where the law does not allow it.
Personal data is processed as described in the Privacy & Cookie Policy.
We may update these terms. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be notified by email in advance; continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where mandated by law.
